Walking 270 km
from Porto to Santiago

step by step, within the limits of living with
Long COVID and PAIS

Why this walk matters

In April 2027 I will walk 270 kilometres from Porto to Santiago. The Portuguese Coastal Camino along the Atlantic coast.

Six years after developing Long COVID, this walk represents resilience, awareness and hope – and highlights the millions of people worldwide living with Post-Acute Infection Syndromes (PAIS).

Through this pilgrimage I hope to raise awareness for Long COVID and PAIS and support organisations working for better research, care and recognition for patients.

Follow the journey, share the story, or support the walk.
